The location is super convenient. So close to trains, subways, and shopping! The Panoramic King room was bigger than I expected! The staff was very kind and helpful, going above and beyond to.
The room decor felt a bit dated ,and the hotel seemed a little old. The bathroom had a combined bath and WC ,which felt less convenient. I noticed the carpets smelled strongly of shake 'n' vac.

I appreciated the strategic location near the Shinjuku Highway Bus Terminal. This made transportation very convenient. The staff stored luggage both before check-in and after check-out. My room had ample space. This allowed for comfortable luggage storage.
The lobby temperature felt a little too warm at times.

i really appreciated the superb location because it's near shinjuku and yoyogi stations. several convenience stores are close. the proximity to restaurants and shops made everything easier.
The room decor seemed a bit dated. the bathroom could really use a refresh. I thought it felt a little old-fashioned.

The hotel offers multiple restaurants. Even shake shack is located inside. i saw a 7-eleven on the first floor! breakfast options was abundant.

The room was cleaned and resupplied every day. That was wonderful. an iron and ironing board were provided upon request. the hotel even has a scale to weigh luggage!

multiple 7-elevens and family marts are within a short walk! shinjuku gyoen is about a 15 minute walk away. the limousine bus to haneda airport stops right outside.
