great hotel near shinjuku station!
modern feel airport bus convenient konbini
This hotel has a modern feel, almost like something out of lost in translation. the airport bus from haneda stopped right at the hotel, so access was easy. i also liked that there was a konbini on the ground floor. It was quite convenient. i found it very helpful.
i thought the breakfast selection was somewhat limited. the empty trays did not get refilled quickly enough. i wish they had refilled them more often.

this hotel offers a convenient 7-eleven store on its lower level, great for quick needs. the proximity to the train station is a definite plus. it also has a helpful airport bus stop.

The hotel's restaurant has excellent food. i especially liked the beautiful views available from the restaurant's high vantage point. it was an enjoyable experience. The food was AMAZING!!!

excellent location convenience store great amenities
the location is excellent near the station it made travel easy. i found a convenience store and shake shack in the building itself it was very handy. the room had great amenities and was a good size for what i needed
the breakfast buffet was acceptable but the variety of foods felt somewhat limited

The hotel's location is convenient. It is within walking distance to Shinjuku station. The staff stored our bags both before check-in and after check-out. This service helped us move around without luggage.
The breakfast variety was somewhat limited. Empty food trays were not refilled promptly. The bathroom lacked tissue paper. I found this inconvenient .

strategic location luggage storage comfortable room
I appreciated the strategic location near the Shinjuku Highway Bus Terminal. This made transportation very convenient. The staff stored luggage both before check-in and after check-out. My room had ample space. This allowed for comfortable luggage storage.
The lobby temperature felt a little too warm at times.

amazing location!
superb location several stores
i really appreciated the superb location because it's near shinjuku and yoyogi stations. several convenience stores are close. the proximity to restaurants and shops made everything easier.
The room decor seemed a bit dated. the bathroom could really use a refresh. I thought it felt a little old-fashioned.

The hotel offers multiple restaurants. Even shake shack is located inside. i saw a 7-eleven on the first floor! breakfast options was abundant.

The room was cleaned and resupplied every day. That was wonderful. an iron and ironing board were provided upon request. the hotel even has a scale to weigh luggage!

multiple 7-elevens and family marts are within a short walk! shinjuku gyoen is about a 15 minute walk away. the limousine bus to haneda airport stops right outside.
