amazing view direct connection convenience store

the room had amazing bay views. I could see the Rainbow Bridge. The hotel connects directly to the Daiba station exit. This made travel very convenient. There was a Lawson convenience store at the hotel entrance. This provided easy access to snacks and essentials.

decent stay, some disappointments

limited access small beds

i was looking forward to using the gym. it was not accessible 24 hours. the gym did not open until 7am some days. i wanted to get a workout before a meeting but could not. also the beds in our executive twin were small. my son struggled a bit.

friendly staff convenient store

I appreciate the staff are friendly. The breakfast included both Japanese and Western options. I found a MRT station located right next door. I also like the convenience store is available on hotel.

I noticed the hotel is far from the main tourist spots.

Mixed Experience Due to Inconsistent Service

long wait insufficient locations

The room was very clean, a detail that met my expectations.

I encountered a frustrating issue with the breakfast service (I expected more). Guests had to wait up to 30 minutes to get a table, and there were only two locations, insufficient for the number of guests. Staff informed me that I had only 10 minutes to finish up at around 9:50, so that wasn't ideal at all.

Really good Service and Convenient Location

The location proved very convenient, near shopping malls and public transport. The staff was very helpful . I received a birthday treat upon check-in (a very thoughtful gesture). The hotel exterior looked gorgeous and the hotel's location was quiet.

I found no comfortable chairs in the lobby. The lobby has hard cushioned benches without backs. The room's luggage rack was too small for my suitcase. So I used the floor.

really good stay with thoughtful touches

japanese courtesy excellent guidance

the staff demonstrated really good courtesy, a quality i value. the concierge provided excellent guidance for touring, even showing me the bus stop. the room service staff smiled and removed shoes upon entering, i found that respectful.

the gym required a separate fee for use, even for a short workout. the cost was 2200 yen per day , i felt that was excessive. it could be more accessible .
