a balanced experience
helpful staff central location
nick at reception was very helpful. the hotel is well located, right by st paul's cathedral. our room is very super clean and cozy. i look forward to a swim and breakfast.
The minibar was labelled out of order so i had no fridge. the bath also was not cleaned properly. There were hairs in the bath.

dusty room minibar policy
The location suited me well, placing me near transport links.
The room wasn't properly cleaned. I spotted dust everywhere. the minibar policy seems designed to squeeze more money from guests. I had to provide a deposit just to use an old, subpar fridge.

an okay stay, i guess
leaking bath cheap shampoo
The room they gave me wasn't exactly what i expected. the bath leaked all over the floor, a constant nuisance, and the tv was stuck in a weird corner. also, they only had a 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner, just cheap. cleanliness was questionable too i found some marks on the window. I'd rather not think about what made them.

I appreciated the room I had It was a Beautiful King Room St Pauls Cathedral View. The room provided many coffee and tea options. The breakfast area was beautiful and the breakfasts were well-organized.

fantastic stay!
convenient location great variety fresh omelettes
the location was super convenient! i could easily walk to many attractions. breakfast was amazing and had a great variety. i especially liked the option for freshly made omelettes.
the tv remote in my room didn't work properly, a minor inconvenience.

The hotel has a gym with modern equipment. I saw several treadmills and weight machines. the indoor pool looked clean and well-kept with plenty of space for swimming, a great plus! it was perfect for a morning workout.

the hotel is very close to public transport, with the metro station just a short walk away. i noticed numerous bus stops right around the corner. there are also several restaurants nearby.
