efficient airport Stay
convenient check-in mobile access free coffee machine
The check-in process used my iPhone and was very convenient. I went straight to my room. Accessing the elevator and room via my phone was really useful. I could control the room this way as well. They even have a hot beverage room where I could use the free coffee machine. IT WAS great.
The wifi signal was poor and confusing to use the breakfast deals.

The room was clean, but quite small. It suited my needs for an overnight stay. The wet room design in the bathroom meant the floor was wet after showering. This was manageable. The bed was comfy, and the room temperature was easily adjustable.

claustrophobic room wet bathroom
The room was small, VERY small. I opted for a room without a window (bad decision, I know). This, honestly. The bathroom situation wasn't GREAT either. The whole floor got wet after a shower. I really don't think I will book again.

The hotel is located inside the south terminal, this makes early departures much easier. The room included discounts for food at Wetherspoons. A free hot drink station provided coffee and tea anytime I wanted. The room's cleanliness was to a high standard.
The fan in my room made noise all night. It affected my rest even after turning off the air conditioning.

The hotel provided discounts for meals at select airport restaurants. I noticed the discount applied to Wetherspoons, located very close to the hotel entrance. This made grabbing a quick bite simple before my flight.

The hotel offers complimentary hot beverages downstairs, available at all hours. I also found a designated ironing room was located on another floor. Check-in and out was quick! using the automated machines.

The room had updated tech, including a good TV. I found free wifi access throughout the hotel. The hot drink station offered tea and coffee options around the clock, a definite plus.
