helpful staff restaurant table free parking poor lighting missing biscuits dated room
the staff were quite helpful. they readily arranged a table at the restaurant for me on both nights. free parking was available, and there was ample space.
the room had poor lighting. the tea tray did not include biscuits. there was a lack of plug sockets (i had to unplug the lamp). the room felt dated and tired.

helpful staff convenient location dated room bathroom ventilation
the staff were friendly and very helpful. i appreciated their readiness to assist with requests. the location proved convenient for exploring nearby attractions. easy access to sites was a definite plus.
the room felt a bit dated. it could benefit from some updates to modernize the space. i found the bathroom could use better ventilation, condensation lingered after showering.

friendly staff quiet room ample space
the staff arranged a restaurant table for me on both nights i appreciated the option to book breakfast for just one day since i had an early departure the next day the room offered quiet spacious lodging the free parking provided ample space
the pillows were not soft enough for my preference i would have liked softer options for improved comfort

great breakfast friendly staff free parking basic channels check out needed investment
the breakfast was great and had many options. the staff was friendly . parking was free and easy to access.
the tv in my room have very basic channels. the receptionist at check out did not ask about my stay. the hotel needs investment to make it amazing.
