my room was a double room! it was quiet despite the hotel being fairly busy. the food quality in the restaurant was excellent and served promptly. i used the gym and noted it included three treadmills.
The plug in the sink did not hold water. This was slightly inconvenient.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room had very spacious dimensions, the bedroom and bathroom both seemed finished to a very high standard. The pillows felt especially comfy. Breakfast was really good and eggs were amazing.
The hotel was cold. The room was cold. The heating did not turn on at any point. I had to wrap up just to sleep. It was not comfortable.

The reception staff member, Emily, upgraded our room since there was availability. The room was spacious. The bathroom was nice. Breakfast offered many choices! The big car park made parking simple.

The restaurant offers many dishes for dinner and lunch. I especially found the breakfasts satisfying. The staff brought a 'Just Married' chocolate and strawberry platter days after our wedding, a lovely touch!

The staff were so helpful during our wedding weekend. rebecca, dom, and anya are so amazing and really calmed my nerves with their planning. all our suppliers loved the staff too. They found them cute. we had time for ourselves. The staff ensured we didnt miss important moments.
the fridge in the room didn't work well, i reported it, but it didn't get fixed .

The hotel is near local bars. It is also close to restaurants. the area is surprisingly peaceful despite being near a large shopping center. i could easily access the local train station. It was very convenient.

The wedding arrangements were superb. I was totally impressed by the staff's dedication, especially dom, anya, and rebecca. the food was delicious, i noted. the honeymoon suite was very nice, a true highlight. the hotel offered convenient onsite parking, very helpful.
I found the room in need of a deep clean. The bathroom had a crack on the bath. also, i noted ants in the room after leaving some crisps out.

The reception staff, especially Emily, upgraded us to a lovely, spacious room, and that was super! The bathroom was nice, and I felt the upgrade. The big car park was useful, and I appreciated the price. It's a big plus! Breakfast was delicious and filling, always a good start to my day.
I encountered a minor issue with parking. New CCTV charges were implemented, and signage was unclear due to poor lighting. This was especially frustrating since I have used the hotel for years for family events.

I had a really nice celebration meal in the conservatory. The food tasted delicious. the staff members were very friendly and helpful. i liked the nice bar area. I could have easily spent the whole afternoon there. i will definitely return to this hotel.
The room was a bit dusty and the table had a stain. It wasn't perfect, though it was manageable for a short stay.
