The apartment's location was superb, right in the heart of everything. the staff were also very helpful and friendly. they even surprised us with a baby bath. That was a nice touch. the food they provided rated a 10 out of 10.
The shower water could have been warmer. basic amenities like body lotion were absent, which i thought was unusual. the couch was not very comfortable. the breakfast concept requires cooking and cleaning. This is definitely not ideal.

The apartment location allows easy access to many restaurants and sights. I found helpful staff who went out of their way to assist me. The room was clean and spacious. I also appreciated the functional kitchen, complete with modern appliances.
I waited an extended period before I could enter the building. The reception area was unmanned, the door locked, and phone unanswered. This situation caused an unnecessary delay.

I loved the helpful staff! ruben assisted me with the washing machine multiple times. the daily breakfast delivery was perfect. it included fresh bread every morning. the location felt very central and safe. It made exploring easy!
