the breakfast buffet included many options. i appreciated the availability of gluten-free bread for those with dietary restrictions. the room air conditioning worked well . the blackout curtains were effective ensuring a dark room for sleeping.
the television remote control had worn buttons.

The staff were very helpful, i appreciated that. i found the breakfast good, it had average options and good value for money. The location is close to metro station and sightseeing bus stops! it made it very easy to get around. the hotel was near the train station, which helped a lot when travelling around. Its central location was very useful.
the wifi wasn't great! it sometimes cut out, requiring reconnection.

I found the location excellent, just a short walk to attractions. The breakfast offered many tasty food items. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries. The staff provided amazing service. They were attentive and courteous. Gustavo and Bruno were super bartenders..
The room felt a bit too warm at night, and I had some difficulty adjusting the air conditioning. It took a little while to get it right.

helpful staffamazing breakfast
The staff helped tourists very kindly. breakfast included a big selection of pastries and everything tasted delicious. I even left my luggage safely at the hotel after checking out for a while.
the shower was not good, and the water pressure was too low!
