Really good stay

central locationhelpful staffunfresh pastries
The location is central. Many attractions are within walking distance. The number 28 tram stops right in front, very convenient. The staff was always helpful and offered excellent service. I appreciated the spaciousness of my apartment and the well-appointed features.
The breakfast pastries were not fresh, and the ham and cheese seemed to be processed. One morning, i found they had no toast available when i wanted eggs. I found this quite limiting considering the breakfast cost.

okay stay

noise levelinconsistent service
The noise from the square made sleeping difficult even with the windows closed. I needed earplugs every night. Our bathroom door did not close properly, it was a significant inconvenience. Housekeeping missed cleaning our room one day, that WAS frustrating after a long day out. I requested extra towels, but they never arrived. the service was inconsistent and a little disappointing.
