The breakfast room was bright, airy, and featured a sea view, a good start to the day. I found the selection of quirky teapots, used each morning for breakfast tea, particularly charming. Free parking was available on site and off-road. The central location meant easy access to shops, a pharmacy, and Carbis Bay beach.
I noticed one large cobweb on the ceiling above the left side of the bed, which could suggest a need for improved room cleanliness.

The room seemed small. A large cobweb hung on the ceiling above the left side of the bed. Room cleanliness could definitely be improved. I think it was expensive for what it offered.

i found the hosts very helpful. they offered great advice for local walks. breakfast included fresh fruit. it was a lovely start to each day.
street parking was sometimes difficult. i had to circle a few times to find a spot. the room was a little smaller than i expected. i did notice some noise from the nearby road during peak hours.

The breakfast offered a good range of choices. The location allowed easy access to local transport, and I used it instead of my car. The staff were very friendly and provided helpful information about the area.
My room had a large cobweb on the ceiling above the bed. Room cleanliness could improve, so it was not ideal.
