a gem near celtic manor

the hotel room had plenty electric Sockets, it included usb ports. Extra tea and coffee were at reception. the staff was cute, i had a great stay, i will return again.
i noticed stains ON the carpet, also stains on multiple walls. the TOILET seat felt loose. the push tap got stuck.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was really good! The room was modern, the bed was really comfy, and the room was very clean. I enjoyed the stay, and I felt everything went smoothly.

The Inn has lots of parking available in a nice, secure car park! I saw that the pub was busy and thriving, always a good sign. The beer garden also looks lovely.

My nice-sized double room had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was lovely and featured a bathtub as well! I found the room clean and well looked after, and that's always something I appreciate.

the staff were friendly and helpful, which i guess is the bare minimum i expect.
The room was not clean. There were hairs in the bathroom and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. the noise from other guests was also pretty bad. I could hear everything through the walls. to top it all off, the breakfast was not great, with limited options and stale bread.
