The cooked breakfast tasted good. the buffet disappointed me. there was only one flavor of yogurt available, and the quality of the fruit salad was not good. the tv was also temperamental..

helpful staff good selection
the staff were helpful . breakfast offered a good selection, including a full breakfast and peat smoked haddock. tea and coffee were replenished daily in the room. the location provided easy access and the food at dinner was good value.
i experienced a constant loud humming noise from the electrical breakers in my room. when i called reception, i was told nothing could be done. i found this quite disruptive.

Good Stay with Sunset Views
bay windows lovely view delicious breakfast
The hotel provided a complimentary upgrade to a room with bay windows. It had a lovely view. The sunset was especially beautiful from there. The bed was very large, and it was also comfortable! Breakfast at the hotel was delicious. I would definitely return.
The TV was temperamental, and that was annoying. It kept losing signal at critical moments.

Staff members were very helpful! The reception area was well kept and always tidy. There was a quick response when I needed assistance with directions. I appreciated their professional and friendly attitude.

The food tasted good. I had both breakfast and dinner. the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel's location was close to the seafront, a short walk away.
I found the beds to be quite old. I think they had worn-out springs. the windows were hard to open, and they often fogged up because of moisture. the water needed to run for minutes before it got warm enough for a shower.

clean hotel excellent shower helpful staff superb location
the hotel was really clean. the shower worked wonderfully, providing great water pressure (a big plus for me!). all the staff members i encountered were super nice and helpful. the location was excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions.
the electrical breaker in my room made a humming noise, but it was very slight.

the hotel features an elevator, convenient for accessing upper floors, and offers complimentary off-site parking located right next door, a valuable perk, especially in busy areas. the reception area is well-kept.

a mixed experience overall
cramped room poor check-in
The second visit i made here was quite disappointing. the room was cramped and really needed some refurbishment. check-in was also poor on that visit. It took ages. i also received no welcome on the check-in this time.

Excellent beachfront location
beautiful beach fresh fish friendly staff
The hotel is directly across from a beautiful beach. The restaurant food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fish. All staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also had quiet hours from 10pm to 7am, which i appreciated.

My room had adjustable heating and the bathroom also had a heated radiator.. the water temperature was easily adjustable. The bathroom was spacious and included a window for ventilation. I appreciated this feature. The corner bath included a wide ledge.

Breakfast offered tasty options with large portions, and the staff provided great service. Bar staff were excellent and friendly.. they really enhanced my stay. I found the reception staff to be pleasant upon arrival for check in.

The location is very close to the beach, a very short walk. Communal areas throughout the hotel were clean and had a fresh smell. The hotel has a bar and restaurant, and the food is good value.
