The staff were lovely and helpful. i enjoyed a great roast dinner. the location was excellent for exploring. Parking was ample and convenient. the rooms were clean. the bedroom was large and well equipped. the shower was fabulous!!!
i had a superior room and the view overlooked the car park, a little disappointing. i'd have preferred a countryside view.

smashing stay!

warm restaurantfriendly staffbreakfast inconsistency
the restaurant felt so warm, it invited me right in, and the bar did as well. the service was good and the dinner in the restaurant tasted excellent (the dessert was heavenly!). there was a big car park, a huge plus, and i felt staff were friendly and helpful too.
my breakfast tasted wonderful on my first morning. however, the next day, some of my choices were unavailable, and my omelette was just egg and cheese. i also experienced an upset stomach afterwards, so i hope they improve their breakfast consistency.
Facilities
