The staff was helpful. I especially appreciated the lift to the rooms. It saved me a LOT of effort. The breakfast offered a good selection. Trams into the city were conveniently located nearby
The walls of my Double Room were stripped back, exposing the plaster. It gave the room an unfinished look. THE floorboards were also squeaky. It was quite noisy.

i received too many emails before arrival the lady for check in could not speak a national language only english cleanliness was discreet and above all no possibility to watch tv with traditional channels only via internet
