I found the staff to be friendly and helpful . they offered complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks in the lobby. the hotel is conveniently near shops and restaurants (a short walk). i liked the gym and pool. They were well maintained.
the parking payment process was not clearly explained during check-in. i needed to ask each time to confirm parking details. the parking area seems accessible to non-guests and has limited spaces.

The hotel provides a water refill station on every floor. It is really convenient. Breakfast had lots of options. The building was lovely.
The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear people talking in the next room. The hotel door design is also not ideal. It slams shut very loudly.

I found a water filter station on each level. This was super convenient to refill my water bottles. The lobby offers free refreshments TOO.
The warm water in the pool wasn't very refreshing after a walk.
