perfect locationspacious terracedirect accessstar room
i found the location perfect for feeling the city vibe it is close to main attractions i also appreciated my room it had a spacious terrace and a hot tub giving direct access to the hotel garden and the pool i consider this room to be worth five stars.
the room service for cleaning was not on schedule at times they came in the morning while i was sleeping other times in the evening so i sometimes returned to a messy room.

the room featured rituals toiletries in the bathroom i also found the balcony spacious and the bathroom very nice it added an extra touch of luxury.

staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful they were especially useful for finding good restaurants the team ensured i had delicious breakfasts with any special requests i had.

the hotel includes well maintained grounds and the photographs are accurate the outdoor veranda and pool offer a quiet retreat from the city i found it a great place to relax after exploring.

the breakfast was good. the staff was friendly and helpful, which i appreciated.
The wifi did not work during my entire stay. This was quite inconvenient. also, the room cleaning was inconsistent. some days, the room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon. This made it difficult to relax after sightseeing, i found the lack of attention disappointing.
