good location is key
good locationfriendly staffnice spacehot water
the hotel location was good. the staff were friendly there. it is near designer stores. i enjoyed some drinks at the rooftop bar. it was quite a nice space.
the hot water had problems both nights. the technician came in time and were apologetic. water leaked from the shower to the bathroom floor.

the room was clean and spacious. it had comfortable beds and bedding. white fluffy towels and robes were in the bathrooms. the rooms include soft sumptuous pillows.

The staff was helpful. I found the service acceptable.
The wallpaper had unpleasant stains. The wooden furniture was full of scratches! the air conditioning was broken and some spotlights were not working. pipes gurgled every time i used the taps. It was like a 3-star hotel though the price was high.
