the staff was consistently helpful and friendly. the rooftop bar provided amazing city views during the evening. i particularly enjoyed the live jazz music at the piano bar. the provided nespresso pods in the room were a welcome touch for morning coffee.
The room's decor seemed a little dated. I noticed some wear and tear on the furniture, though everything was clean.

the hotel location was good. the staff were friendly there. it is near designer stores. i enjoyed some drinks at the rooftop bar. it was quite a nice space.
the hot water had problems both nights. the technician came in time and were apologetic. water leaked from the shower to the bathroom floor.

The staff was helpful. I found the service acceptable.
The wallpaper had unpleasant stains. The wooden furniture was full of scratches! the air conditioning was broken and some spotlights were not working. pipes gurgled every time i used the taps. It seemed like a 3-star hotel though the price was high.
