The location was AMAZING. The rooftop bar had a GREAT view. The staff's attention was fantastic. They really looked after me. I REALLY liked the little touches like fruit and snacks near the entry.
The AC COULDN'T be set less than 33 Celsius. This made the room quite warm. The room was a little too small for my liking. There were also some noises from outside that disturbed my sleep.

The location was okay. It's fairly central.
Honestly, the rooftop bar was a letdown it was always too crowded. i found it hard to actually relax. the room itself felt a bit cramped and the bed was not particularly comfortable. It reminded me of sleeping on a board with a thin sheet on top.

Check-in was very quick. the staff offered us welcome drinks, a really sweet gesture. our room had a very modern bathroom. the hotel's location is excellent. We could easily walk to many restaurants (we loved the tapas bars!) and shops.
The room was a bit small. our wardrobe was difficult to access because it was so close to the bed. drawers in the room were few. I could have used more.

the breakfast offered many options including both warm dishes and varied toppings. fresh-squeezed orange juice and croissants came to our table. every morning was a delicious start to our explorations.

small bathroomlong waiting
i found the rooms small. the bathroom was also a tight space, it had limited counter space. i expect a larger room since i paid extra for city view. the noise from the street below disturbed my sleep, during one night, i could not reach the front desk by phone after many tries. i needed assistance with a malfunctioning air conditioner, it took a long time for someone to assist me in person.
