location was okay, near the waterfront, and the metro access was pretty convenient.
the room they gave me was right across from the housekeeping office so it was not quiet, especially in the morning. i had to wake up every time they were there, and i did not appreciate that. room 902 is the room number, so try not to get that room.

i found the breakfast to be amazing with plenty of fresh fruits and juices available!!! the staff was very friendly and professional, ensuring a smooth and cute check-in. irma from the concierge desk offered excellent service and was helpful. the hotel's cleanliness and fancy decor added to the overall positive experience.
the absence of daily complementary water bottles was a minor inconvenience.

the rooftop pool provided a welcome escape.
the check-in process was slow. it involved passport scans, form filling, and a printer that frequently jammed. this caused considerable delay. the lack of a minibar in the room was also inconvenient (.. ) especially during warmer months. breakfast options were limited.

the staff was helpful and friendly, i am grateful. the breakfast had lots of different healthy options. i appreciated how clean the facilities were.
There was no refrigerator in the room so i couldn't cool water. there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. I would have found it useful. i noticed a lot of noise in the morning from other guests near the hotel.
