I found the location central, ideal for accessing key attractions. the free breakfast included a wide array of options like pastries and a fulfilling cooked breakfast. The selection was excellent. i liked the modern style of the hotel, along with how the rooms were decorated.
the lack of luggage storage upon arrival did cause slight inconvenience.

The breakfast selection featured pastries, cereals, and a full cooked breakfast. It was a great, inclusive offering. the view of the tower while having breakfast was AMAZING!!! it made for an enjoyable start to each day.

the room had a great tv, great to watch youtube for entertainment. the breakfast presented a good waffle machine, a big hit with my son. the staff, particularly steven, were helpful and always available at reception.
noise from the water pipes disturbed sleep because of whining sounds whenever other guests used water.

staff demonstrated really good helpfulness, assisting with directions and local information. they allowed us to leave our bags securely after checkout, which accommodated our later train schedule. the team maintained a high standard of professionalism throughout our visit.

the facilities were very clean i noticed. the staff were friendly and cute. breakfast was great with something for everyone i thought. the room was quiet and comfortable allowing great sleep.
i had a slight issue with the bed it was very low. not a lot of room was between to move about. the television also didn't work.

the room was clean it had a good layout it was also quiet at night breakfast offered a good selection with lovely hot food. your staff are very helpful and friendly I appreciated that. the hotel is close to the city centre it offers great access.
i found the air conditioning system adequate however the room heated up sufficiently i felt comfortable. the bed was small though.
