Soundproofing was poor. I could hear corridor conversations.

abi, the operations director, completed my check-in quickly. the room was clean and had expected amenities. there was a large tv and many ways to contact the hotel for assistance.

the room was quite cold with the ac running. i contacted reception to warm the room, but the heating did not function. a small electric heater was provided, but it was insufficient.
