very enjoyable stay

i found the staff very kind and available. my room, a beautiful room guest room with two double beds, was exactly as described. the breakfast was excellent. i liked that food remained available even during peak times.

the hotel's location provided a quiet environment with good connections to central areas. access to transportation was convenient. it made exploring various parts of the city very easy.

the swimming pool was nice and neat, i appreciated this a lot. there was also a good restaurant in case i wanted to have dinner at the hotel. it was a welcome option.

The housekeeping was excellent and provided all the extra stuff i asked for to. reception staff were also efficient and helpful. I found them very responsive.

the room was a superior room with a king bed and a balcony on a high floor, that was acceptable.
the breakfast offered too much fat and sugar, i needed healthier options. there were not enough tea types. the pool was ok but nothing special, only one pool existed. i expect a hot tub or some things for children, furthermore the changing rooms looked a bit old.

The room was well-equipped with coffee and tea facilities. i appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities. Housekeeping did a thorough job. i found the staff at reception helpful with directions. the location allowed for easy access to the nearby tube station.
The television in my room was not working correctly, the screen flickered. i was disappointed by the limited selection of healthy options during breakfast. i found the service at the restaurant slow. It took a while to get my order taken.
