I received very clear information upon arrival. The room had all essential requirements like a TV, tea, and coffee. The bathroom had a good shower.

superb location good breakfast cute staff clean room
The location was superb. I found myself steps away from key attractions. The breakfast offered a good start to my days (the eggs were perfect!). The staff were cute and assisted with directions and recommendations. I also noticed the room was very clean upon arrival.
The street noise at night was a bit noticeable.

My room included fresh linens, comfortable pillows, and an effective heating system that kept everything cozy. The room also featured blackout curtains that were useful for getting good sleep. There was a television with multiple channels.

The staff were lovely and helpful at all times, breakfast was included. I found that quite really good. the location was perfect, i could easily walk to many places.
The room was very dated. the shower was not working very well. There wasn't a handshower available at all.

loud music loose toilet
I found the noise levels disruptive. A nightclub nearby played loud music until the early hours. the windows seemed inadequate to block out the sound. i also noticed some wear and tear like a loose toilet seat. no hairdryer was present either.

Great Value, Great Location
great location helpful staff excellent tea
I found the location really spot on for all attractions. The staff were helpful when I needed directions. Breakfast included a full English, providing tea and coffee. cereals. I was happy for early check in too, as my room was ready upon arrival.
The nightclub beside the hotel, kept me awake. It is a spot for young people who want to party, but not good for me who needs a normal sleep routine.

fabulous location good breakfast helpful staff
The location is fabulous! and the airport bus stops across the road. It is right beside bold street. the breakfast was great with a good variety of food. the staff was friendly and helpful .
the rooms were very noisy until late, because the hotel has live music over the weekend. ear plugs are needed if you need to sleep.

convenient location friendly staff
The hotel is near Lime Street station, very convenient. The room had tea and coffee facilities which was nice. Staff were spot on, very helpful and friendly on arrival. The breakfast chef was cheery, and he freshly cooked the breakfast.
The water pressure was the worst I've ever encountered.
