The staff were fabulous. They were very cute. The decor and ambience were excellent. The pool was fantastic. It was warm and inviting with a very relaxing atmosphere.
The room was rather dark. It had a small window with scaffolding outside. There was no bath (i wanted a relaxing bath after a long day of walking).

The hallway consistently had an unpleasant smell. My room's window was covered with film. The window could not be opened either. This. I found it unacceptable.

the breakfast was okay, it had the usual stuff. the location is fairly central, a short walk to some attractions.
The ongoing building work was a bother. the noise started early, around 9 a.m., and really disturbed any chance of peace. also, the room lacked a bath. I wanted a soak after a long day.
