mixed feelings at this hotel
dog hair unhygienic eating
the hotel insisted on dogs being everywhere. i seen them in the ballroom and tea lounge. it seems like other guests assumed it was acceptable to bring there dogs to the restaurant. it. hair was visible everywhere, not great when you are trying to relax.
The room was clean and well-kept. The bed had comfortable pillows and a snuggly duvet (I slept very well).
Some staff members looked inexperienced. Our room lacked a great view, facing an internal courtyard.

broken sauna unhelpful manager
the sauna was broken and they did not fix it during my spa day. it reminded me of a cheap water park with many teenagers and small children running around. i overheard some guests screaming at someone in the parking lot because they wanted a parking spot and it. the manager was not helpful, and i did not feel heard when i complained about these issues.
