a mixed experience
cute staffimpolite agentrude attitude
the staff were cute upon arrival.
the back-office reservation agent was impolite. i needed to change the last day of my reservation, but she lied. she refused the request with a very rude attitude.

the location was acceptable near the gondolas to the aguille du midi.
the room overlooked the parking lot and it was very noisy i was surprised that there was no air conditioning i had to keep the doors open also i faced difficulty when trying to rest due to the excessive noise outside.

the location was quite convenient. the aiguille du midi cable car station was nearby. restaurants and shops were also within a short walk.
i found a peculiar odor in my room. i believe there was a drain issue. the spa area was not adequately maintained with used towels scattered around.
