dated room boiling hot room
i felt a bit let down by a few things. the rooms felt a bit dated and needed some tlc (you know, a little refresh would do wonders). it wasn't terrible, but definitely not what i expect in a hotel of this supposed standard. also, my room got ridiculously hot at night, even with the radiator off. i had to ask for a fan at reception because there wasn't much else i could do to cool down. it was all quite annoying actually.

outdated room weed smell
The bus station is directly across from the hotel. This minimized my travel in the rain. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated it. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! There were so many choices, both sweet and savory options.
The photography online is generous, and the rooms feel very outdated. It's a pity. Someone was smoking weed on the balcony next to mine. This made my entire room stink. Despite promising to look into moving me, nobody came back to me.

the outdoor pool and spa were open even in winter i found this very charming the location was convenient as it was close enough to town but not too close the staff were very friendly and helpful too
the room i was in smelled very strongly of cigarettes i informed reception and they sprayed the room but the smell lingered also the bathroom sink and tub had hair in it the sink drain was plugged and partially filled with water and food i also found the desk tops dirty

great location helpful staff clean room limited parking no air conditioning tired rooms
The hotel is located directly across the street from the bus station. This minimized my travel in the rain the morning i left. Staff were very friendly and helpful . My room was a good size and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and i had a really great sleep.
The hotel felt very tired (i think it needs some updates). There was no parking as the hotel has only 16 spots, as i was told. My room was a bit warm inside during the day. There is no air conditioning, so it was a little uncomfortable.

loud music expensive parking
The pool area blasted club music from noon until eleven pm. the mountain view rooms faced the pool so the noise was inescapable! i craved mountain peace not a rave. parking cost twenty-five euros per day. What a scam.

dated room missing paint
the breakfast was good enough, i suppose, with a wide choice of food and drinks, so i didn't starve.
my room was anything but four-star material, its very dated and needs a refresh, i think. paint was missing, so it looked really bad. the room was also boiling hot, even though it was december and -5 degrees outside, i hate that.
