a bit disappointing overall
good breakfastincorrect informationpoor reception
Breakfast was good and the half-board deal was very convenient.
The reception staff seemed to lack ownership of problems that arose. My request for a twin room was ignored, and i got a double instead with no resolution offered that night. The staff sold us lift passes, but gave incorrect information about refunds if the weather was bad. This created more hassle than it should have

the hotel provided ski pass access and a ski shop was available. our room on the fifth floor provided a fine view. breakfast offered many choices (i especially liked the pastries). ski maintenance was convenient and efficient at the hotel.
the corridors were a little cool, but it was manageable.

the staff were professional and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. in the main restaurant ishan and johnny were very helpful.

the hotel features a clean spa and a warm outdoor pool with mountain views. the boot room provided individual lockers equipped with boot and glove heaters. a handy convenience store is just a short walk away.

the hotel location allowed convenient ski access. the breakfast buffet had varied options. the staff were friendly and always available to assist guests (especially during busy times).
the jacuzzi had limited access for children.
