it was much appreciated. the hotel is centrally located and gorgeous. It sits near the shopping street! the breakfast had a fantastic spread.
i booked a suite, but got a simple room. the hotel didn't want to take responsibility. i got a room on the top floor with the view blocked by the roofs of the houses around. there were no excuses given.

The location provided unparalleled convenience for exploring iconic landmarks. The staff was attentive. They provided excellent recommendations. Cleanliness was a top priority. Rooms and common areas were maintained to high standards.
Closet space was limited. I found it difficult to store my luggage.

i found the location central. restaurants were easily accessible because of staff advice. i would revisit the city thanks to this hotel. a train trip to siena proved both doable and excellent.
the robes looked a little tired. this was perhaps related to my october stay following the high season.
