convenient stay near terminal 5

convenient location spacious room helpful staff

i found the location convenient, especially because i had an early morning flight from terminal 5. the access corridor to the terminal simplified my travel. the room was spacious and well-equipped, it allowed me to relax before my journey. i especially appreciated the helpful staff and smooth check-in process.

the tv had a limited selection of english channels, this was slightly inconvenient.

I found the location convenient. It is directly connected to Terminal 5. The room was spacious and well-equipped (a nice touch). I appreciated the comfortable bed. I slept very well. Staff members were helpful and responsive to requests.

lack of phone service excessive delay

The room provided a spacious environment with both a bathtub and separate shower which was acceptable.

I attempted contacting the front desk repeatedly, yet received no answer. This forced me to visit the front desk. When I complained about the lack of phone service, the staff ignored me completely. room service was excessively delayed.

i appreciated the direct walkway to terminal 5.. it was so convenient with luggage. the sixt car rental counter within the hotel simplified the rental process. the hotel also offers on-site parking.

the check-in line was a little slow upon arrival.

The room showed its age. The decor felt quite passe. The bed was unsupportive. It had dips on each side with a hump in the center. I found the pillows completely flaccid. They offered no support.
