i enjoyed the convenient parking. the building showed tasteful updates, i found a cute atmosphere. the room was super clean, i noted very well maintained features. breakfast included many options, it was served hot.
I observed only a slight issue. There were no toiletries provided initially, though the website details were updated after i pointed out the discrepancy. this was only a minor inconvenience .

I had such a great time! the room was warm and cosy. the bed was comfy and the pillows were just perfect for me! also, the shower had really hot water and a powerful jet. everything was so super clean. I really enjoyed that!
i didn't get any toiletries in the room. the website said i would get some, but it's been updated since i complained. it was too late for my trip, unfortunately!

The location is great, right across from lickey hills (i enjoyed a nice walk). the room was really clean, and i slept well because it was quiet. breakfast was also good. It definitely beat staying at a chain hotel.
The signage to the rooms wasn't great. I got a little lost at first. it feels a bit like a maze, but i figured it out eventually.

the receptionists were helpful and got me a ground floor room when i requested it last minute. the barman gave great advice about my trip home, it made things much easier for me.
