the concierge parked my car upon arrival, what a pleasant surprise. i loved the superb location, everything was so close. my room was lovely. breakfast was very good with a fine selection to meet all needs
My room overlooked an internal courtyard, so i couldn't open windows. It felt very claustrophobic. i asked to move, but the hotel was fully booked, disappointing. i really wanted some fresh air

The cafe is open to everyone, not just hotel guests, i found it very accessible. arshad and the team there were really attentive. They kept my coffee cup full. the quiet ambiance was very welcome after exploring the city.
i noticed there were no microwaves to heat up food, this was surprising.

i found the staff to be very helpful . they supported me with my bags and parking, which i appreciated. the breakfast buffet included a chef who kept everything fresh, especially the omelets and pastries.
the toilet paper quality was quite poor for a hotel of this standard, a small but noticeable detail.

The room service was quite disappointing. I ordered a pizza , but it arrived with the wrong toppings. The chips were also cold. I expected better quality for the price I paid , especially from a well-known hotel brand.
