the STAFF was friendly and helpful . The breakfast buffet offered MANY options and the food was fresh.
The room felt a little small. I wish there was more space to move around. the air conditioning seemed to struggle to keep the room cool enough, especially during the day.

Great Stay, Central Location

The room was quite spacious and very clean. I found the bed linen to be of excellent quality. The tram and bus stop right in front of the hotel provided easy access to the city.
The shower design made it almost impossible to avoid flooding the bathroom. The glass panel was too short. The water ended up everywhere.

The gym featured modern equipment including three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The executive lounge was large and well-appointed, offering a relaxing space. The underground parking offered convenient and secure parking.

The breakfast buffet included a wide assortment of options. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection and pastries. The restaurant's design was particularly appealing.

The staff at reception were helpful and efficient during check-in. They promptly addressed my questions and provided useful information. Simone deserves special recognition for her really good knowledge and willingness to help.
