I found the building and gardens beautiful. They sit right on the thames. the staff were friendly, and i found them helpful. breakfast offered a lovely variety.
i did notice that parking on site was limited, which could be an issue during peak times.

Wonderful Stay by the River!
great locationlovely gardensfriendly staff
The location is superb. The gardens extend beautifully to the river. I found the staff really friendly. I enjoyed how easy it was to walk into town from there.

the hotel had beautiful gardens that led right down to the river. breakfast was a buffet, and it offered plenty of choices. sitting in the conservatory while eating was pleasant. the hotel grounds were nice too.
the room was quite hot . the windows only opened slightly, preventing any real airflow. a fan was available, but it was old and quite noisy, so i couldn't use it for long
