the check-in process was smooth and efficient.. the front desk staff were very cute, even giving me a warm cookie upon my arrival which was a sweet touch. my room was very clean and quiet. plus, finding the hotel right off the motorway was super easy, a relief for a nervous driver like me.
the bathroom did not have tissue available when i checked in, a minor inconvenience.

the reception staff were amazing and helpful upon arrival, especially with quickly providing a twin room on request. the staff were friendly in the restaurant. they go above and beyond.

my room was a lovely size, clean, and very comfortable for a one night stay. the room was very quiet and the bed ensured a restful night. good water pressure and temperature were available.

the hotel location offers very easy access, being the first hotel off the motorway for convenient arrival. it is also a maximum 5 minute walk to the airport and railway station. proximity to the airport made getting to my flight much easier.

the gym had a good selection of equipment. i counted two treadmills that worked very well. it also had several weight machines and free weights. the room had tea and coffee facilities that i made use of.
parking cost was a bit high. the room lacked complimentary bottled water something i expect. the shower only had a curtain not a screen.

the location was convenient to terminal 1 and train access to manchester..
I found the tea bag and coffee provision rather stingy even though a warm biscuit was given on arrival. i asked for a wake-up call at reception. I was informed this service is discontinued, but i could set it on the tv. this setup did not work, and no wake-up call occurred at 3:20 am.

Soundarya gave an excellent cocktail with lovely service. I received a warm greeting and a cookie upon arrival. The hotel stay provides an easy walk to terminal 1. Barbara at reception assisted me with directions.
The hotel lobby appears modern, but the hallway to the rooms have a musty smell. I could hear every noise, and the room door dont close properly. Its ok for a overnight stay, but i expect a more if i read Hilton.

The bar provided a good selection of pizzas and drinks. Eugene in the restaurant was very helpful with vegan options. Chefs knew how to cook veggies, which are delicious.

The room included tea and coffee facilities. A fridge and safe were present, also a huge TV. The bathroom was nice and the shower was good. Bedding was comfy and warm.

i stayed on 2024-07-12! my room was described as a queen room, it was basic. there was no fridge, only three coffee sachets, and four teabags.
