nice experience at magnificent castle
excellent buildingperfect photoavailable staffextra charge
the building is excellent! the hotel provides perfect photo opportunities. the staff members were cute and always available. the room was very quiet and super clean.
extra charges was on the breakfast list. wedding music was audible in the hotel corridors until late at night. this music created some disturbance.

The room was nice and breakfast was very good. I had afternoon sandwiches at the Brassiere then ate at the 1851 in the evening.
My wife and I stayed at the hotel for a weekend and the experience fell flat. The location looked idyllic upon arrival. Our room felt more like a basic travel lodge. The ensuite was falling apart and the shower door would not shut properly.
