spacious room helpful staff good access full carpark unhelpful advice noisy room
the room was spacious and recently refurbished i found plenty of mirrors. staff were helpful and pleasant someone was always available. the location offered good access to the town i am grateful for that.
the hotel carpark was full i found that inconvenient. i rang the hotel for directions but the advice was not very helpful i felt lost. the room was noisy late into the night because of a machine or fan i needed a quieter space.

moldy shower missing tile
The staff was helpful, acceptable. I did not expect smiles, only efficiency.
The decor looked alright, I admit. The bathroom was not. There was mold in the shower, and a tile was missing. The light fixture above the sink flickered. I expected better, but I suppose I did get what I paid for.

nice furnishings breakfast options outdoor seating
My room was a double room and contained nice furnishings and cleanliness. The breakfast was great (especially the vegetarian options!). The massive bar area offered plenty of outdoor seating in the heart of town.
The stairs to the rooms showed some wear and tear.

hot water super king comfy bed
My room included a kettle. Tea and coffee were available. The television was easy to watch. The location is great for visiting the area. I especially liked the good size of the super king bed, very clean and decorated nicely.
The staff looked busy, but the manager didn't provide much customer service when present.

Breakfast service was included with my stay. I enjoyed a good selection of food. Free parking WAS included on site. The entire place benefited from a refurbishment in 2024.
