excellent location relaxing garden on-site parking
The location is excellent. i found the botanical gardens across the street very relaxing. i appreciated being within walking distance of shops and restaurants. on-site parking was very convenient. It simplified my travel arrangements.
The bathroom could use some updating. The shower pressure was quite weak

The hotel gymnasium has modern equipment. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section for relaxation. towel service is available near the pool during operating hours.

great location comfortable pillows spacious room basic menu slippery decking excellent hotel
the location is great i could easily walk to shops restaurants southbank and the train station the bed and pillows were comfortable i slept very well the room was spacious and everything felt quite luxurious
the room service menu was quite basic i hoped for more variety the pool decking felt a bit slippery i was always careful walking there the hotel it was not as excellent as i thought it would be

totally awesome stay!

helpful staff delicious food great location convenient parking
the staff was amazing and very helpful. i found the restaurant food delicious. the location is great too, right across the road from the beautiful botanical gardens and within walking distance to the river. parking underneath was super convenient, only $20 per day!
The air conditioning wasn't working when i arrived. It was a building-wide issue though!

the location was convenient. i walked to the botanical gardens and several restaurants. the bed was comfortable. staff replaced coffee pods promptly.
the cabinet doors were aged. it was hard to manage wardrobe doors. the shower pressure was low. the air conditioning unit was noisy.

i liked the room. it was clean and large. i also got free drink vouchers for the bar each night i stayed. parking costed 20 dollars a night onsite, i appreciated this.

I loved the restaurant food. It tasted so delicious! the super nice team too. the hotel location is great. it is close to the botanic gardens. They are beautiful for walks.
the bottom sheet on the bed wasn't big enough! it ruffled under me as i lay on it. this made the bed uncomfortable.. the aircon only ran on high! it was very noisy. the wi-fi didn't work in the room! but worked fine in the public areas.
