a romantic escape!

The hotel staff always had a smile. They were really good. access to the pools and the beach was seamless and beautiful. it seemed like a dream, a place we will revisit i think. i especially enjoyed the shisha lounge, it has great decor and wonderful staff!
The wifi was intermittent at times. I wish there had been a stronger connection everywhere.

Our beautiful room featured comfortable bedding, a rainfall shower, and two sinks. it included a minibar that was restocked daily with water and soft drinks. the balcony offered a partial sea view. We loved it.

i experienced a significant problem. the drinks were disappointing. you have to queue at the bar and be served in small glasses. it was a pain and d'whites gets busy.

I reminded me of I stepped into paradise. The general manager was involved in every detail. The rooms was perfectly renovated and clean. Mohamed Hassan Rooms Division seemed genuinely kind. He wanted everyone to have a good time. Exploring the reef at the beach was so fun. Everyone was kind and gave good vibes. Outings was fun. Great memories was made!
I did feel the room was a bit outdated.

The reception staff offers a warm welcome. Check-in is smooth and quick. The staff is ready to assist with requests. The staff makes you feel welcome. I noted the front desk does everything possible to please guests.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The design was beautiful. Many rooms give amazing views of the sea. The rooms were cleaned every day. The rooms are left looking tidy.

I appreciated the cleanliness, my Premium Room was super clean upon arrival. The air conditioning worked very well. I could adjust the temperature easily. Staff members were always available. They answered questions promptly.
The gym equipment was a bit worn.

I found the staff to be helpful. Mahmoud Yassen and Adel Mohammed provided Really good service at the beach. They always greeted us with a smile and were ready to assist with anything. The guys were fabulous! The room had clean towels.
the wifi wasn't very reliable, especially in the rooms.

The reception staff was helpful in all occasions. Mohamed Rouchdy and Medhat offered assistance. Mr Mohamed Hassan from rooms division helped us with a room request and sorted out any issues. Mina was also helpful .

The food was good in all occasions. Drinks from the bars tasted normal. I tried the different restaurants and enjoyed the indian one. The staff worked hard in the restaurants.

Pools and the beach had fresh, clean towels daily. The Cascade area is a GREAT added value. Pools there remained clean constantly. The resort offers many pools and bars.
