long queueno apologies
breakfast was a struggle. we went down at 9.30am and had to queue outside for over 30 minutes with other guests. the staff gave no apologies and made no explanations, a receptionist laughed about everyone turning up at 9.50am for breakfast, but people were waiting much longer than that.

the restaurant served delicious food and the staff was friendly and helpful. my room was spacious! and very clean i appreciated the comfy bed and the great tv with good wifi. i had a really good time at the pool too!
the noise from other guests walking by my room was constant and loud, especially since i was on the first floor. i think better soundproofing or moving premium rooms might help with this issue, though i still had fun.

the hotel has convenient access to town! it's just a short drive away, about 5 minutes, which makes it very easy to go into the city for shopping or dining. the location is a good base for exploring the area.

The rooms were modern and spacious! each included a tv and comfortable bedding. the bathrooms offered good lighting. there were ample towels. Everything was tidy and well-kept , and the staff was friendly.

Check in service was excellent. Breakfast included delicious items and staff continually replenished the buffet. The modern television allowed for casting, and this was a great feature. I received an upgrade to a beautiful room in celebration of our anniversary.
The cooler in the room was malfunctioning. It was overheating and seemed to present a fire hazard. I did have to turn it off completely.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. It included a large bed with premium linens. A seating area with comfortable chairs allowed for relaxation, and the room included a modern entertainment system.
