genuine staffdelicious food
The staff were friendly and genuine. I appreciated the parasol for the beach provided by the hotel. The food, included with the all-inclusive package, provided many options.
The hotel provides very little information at check-in regarding amenities such as the free shuttle bus and fitness classes.

This hotel had very clean pools, so I relaxed a lot. Lots of sun loungers were available, therefore I never had problems finding a spot. The staff always greeted me with a smile. I also found the rooms cleaned every day!
I found the evening entertainment a bit on the quiet side. A livelier atmosphere would have been fun, though.

Breakfast had a huge selection including yogurts, fresh fruit, cheeses, pastries, bread. a full English breakfast. There were great food choices that staff prepared with care, so I always had something tasty.

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the beach. Made getting around easy. There were two supermarkets, Spar and Dino, near the hotel. This made shopping convenient.

The hotel had three heated swimming pools with many sunbeds. The hotel includes a fitness area. This hotel is adults only!

Check-in was smooth, and I even got a complimentary glass of wine. The staff couldn't do enough, so I thank them. They maintain the hotel to an excellent standard.

I found the accommodations beautiful, and everything was CLEAN. The breakfast offered a HUGE choice, probably the best I have experienced at any hotel. I also used the gym. It was quite well equipped for a hotel. I must mention the pools, they were beautiful too.
The only slight negative was that the location is a bit of a walk to the beach.

The studio was spacious and well-equipped, i found it contained everything i needed for a comfortable stay. There was an ironing board with an iron. a hairdryer in the bathroom. The air conditioning worked well.

The staff were very helpful and ALWAYS with a smile, from reception to the restaurant staff. I felt they were polite and genuinely cared about making the stay enjoyable. The service throughout the hotel was efficient and friendly.
