helpful staff easy parking lovely views small room expensive bedroom missing air-con
the staff was quite helpful. easy parking with quick access to major routes was available. lovely views were seen from the gravel pit bar and restaurant..
the bedroom was very expensive for a small room. there was no air-con. there wasn't even a phone to call reception.

some issues i encountered
dusty fan sign posting
the room was very hot. i used a dusty fan to try and cool down. i was charged £5 for a tray. i only used it to bring up a £4.50 bottle of water. the drive in wasn't straightforward because of sign posting.

underwhelming stay
the cleanliness was acceptable.
The menu was limited. It lacked options for gluten-free and dairy-free diets. i was hoping for a quiet, relaxing stay, especially given the price.
