The hotel location is excellent. It is only a short walk into the city. The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I asked for a late checkout and they accommodated me.

The breakfast coffee was poor in quality and taste. The breakfast area was VERY busy. The room wasn't really that big. It felt small for one person.

The breakfast offered a good selection of food and drinks. I appreciated the free tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available around the clock in the breakfast area. The location was convenient. It was an easy walk to the city centre.

The room faced a busy road. Traffic noise was sometimes audible. The bed was uncomfortable, and the light from the corridor shone into our bedroom. Walls were thin. I could hear EVERYTHING.

I found the complimentary hot drinks available all day to be a good convenience. The lounge area includes a bar and TVs, I used this after a day at the zoo. The hotel provided breakfast that accommodated my dietary needs, they included plenty of options.
