Convenient and Clean
convenient location food options shower door
The location was convenient. It was easy to access the tram stop just outside the hotel, made getting to and from the airport easy. I liked the variety of food options available nearby, including many restaurants and shops at St James mall. The shower included a door, SO the floors stayed dry after showering.
The floor in my room was quite squeaky. This made me uncomfortable when moving around at night. I worried about disturbing other guests.

convenient location satisfying selection helpful staff dated decor thin walls limited replenishment
the location proved convenient i could quickly reach various attractions. the included breakfast provided a decent start to the day it featured a satisfying selection. staff members were generally helpful i appreciated their assistance.
the room showed signs of wear the decor looked a bit dated. noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable thin walls were present. limited replenishment of tea coffee service occurred after the first night only a single biscuit and coffee sashet was offered for a two day stay.

The hotel's location near the tram stop was useful. Staff were always ready to assist with directions. The complimentary refreshments were a nice perk. Internet access worked really fast and dependably. Breakfast offered a tasty variety.
The carpet needed cleaning, that's true. But otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience.

super convenient and comfy!
close proximity easy airport yummy breakfast picnic bag
i really enjoy how close the hotel is to everything! the tram stop is literally steps away, so getting to the airport was super easy. breakfast include many choices, and i always found something yummy to eat. the staff always make sure selections were topped up. i also like the option to grab a picnic bag from breakfast.
the room overlooked the parking area, which wasn't the most exciting view ever.

acceptable stay near playhouse
convenient location friendly staff easy access small room inadequate shower curtain limited eggs
the location was super convenient to the playhouse theatre right across the street. it made going to our show so easy, i didn't have to worry about transport! staff was also really friendly, always ready to help with directions or questions.
The room felt a little small, it could have been bigger, to be honest. the shower curtain wasn't wide enough, so the water splashed all over the floor when showering. I had to use extra towels. breakfast was ok, but the egg options were limited, i wished for more variety there.
