the staff were helpful i found that acceptable.

the air conditioning didn't get warm it was set to maximum temperature i presume it was broken also there wasn't a coffee machine though i upgraded to get one the bathroom was dirty at the back of the toilet.

The room felt quite stuffy because the air conditioning barely worked. It just blew out warm air. breakfast seemed okay at first glance, but the pastries tasted stale and the coffee was weak. overall, the experience was lackluster..

The room had tea and coffee making facilities. it also had an iron and ironing board. I found this useful. the room was clean and spacious, just what i needed after a long day.

The bed was too hard. the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable though. I didn't sleep well. the shower had low water pressure. I struggled to have a good shower.
