check-in was easy and quick!!! the room was just perfect for my needs. breakfast had plenty of choices too. It was AMAZING!!!

The beside lamp was quite dull on one side. the fire door had some rubber detached. I reported it but no one came to fix it. i found some not-so-nice blood stains on the sheet, which wasn't mine :(

The room size was good. It allowed for easy movement. I found an asda and several food places just across the road, very useful. The breakfast offered a good selection. It was self-service, speeding things up. Staff members were very friendly, which really enhanced my visit.

The corridors had a slight musty smell. This was noticeable upon entering.

My standard twin room had comfortable beds and fresh linen. It also had a spacious bathroom that was very clean. The room temperature was easily adjustable. This meant I could maintain a comfortable environment. Blackout curtains ensured a dark room for sleeping.

the staff was helpful! i really appreciated their quick responses to my needs. the breakfast had a great variety of hot foods, fresh fruits, and cereals. plus, the room was super clean with a comfortable bed, i had a fresh and clean smell!

The location worked well for my UWE visit. I found the beds comfortable. Imogen at reception was helpful with my late check-in. She booked us in with efficiency.

The curtains were not closing properly. This happened because they were falling off. Noise from smokers outside disturbed me until 4 AM. Smoke fumes came through the closed window.

The room had tea and coffee making facilities. it also had an iron and ironing board. I found this useful. the room was clean and spacious, just what i needed after a long day.

The bed was too hard. the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable though. I didn't sleep well. the shower had low water pressure. I struggled to have a good shower.
