really good stay in the city centre

the room size was adequate. the staff were considerate and helpful with directions. the central location allowed convenient access to nearby attractions. i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff during check-in.
the hot water took a few minutes to reach the tap on the 9th floor.

i found tidy rooms, which i appreciated. the staff was friendly. the extractor fan in the bathroom did sound like bongos. it also continued for a short while after turning off the light.
i encountered no hot water . i complained in the morning, but i only received a statement that they would report it. i phoned three times, hoping to get the complaint resolved. i still have not had a response.

the room was a good size i had a nice view of the river good buffet breakfast was available staff were friendly and helpful the location was good close to a shopping centre and walkable distance to the train station restaurants and shops are close by too
hot water takes over 5 minutes to reach the tap on the 9th floor it remains cold until then the towel rail gets dangerously hot the tea tray must be moved to plug in the kettle there is not much wardrobe space with only a pull-out rail
