I found the location very convenient. It was easy to reach the city center. The breakfast room decor was also beautiful!!!
The hot water boiler broke down on my first morning. I could not get ready for a couple of hours because of this problem. I wish there had been some follow-up from reception confirming its repair.

the room was a great size and had a really nice bathroom. lots of amenities were included! within the room, it was very convenient. i would definitely stay again if i return. the breakfast was also lovely!
i wasn't advised about refurbishment works! or when checking in, not ideal. the level of service was sometimes adhoc. there was also a lack of complimentary toiletries available within the room.
