rosie and the breakfast team offered excellent service. the bar food was tasty. i particularly enjoyed the fish with chips. the staff made check-in smooth and they even moved my room quickly at my request.

some sockets were not working by the bed.

Parking is available and convenient. I found ample space near the entrance. the venue is well-suited for business events. It features comfortable surroundings and a great table layout. i saw a screen and a system. They worked perfectly.

the reception staff offered a warm welcome and were very attentive. the breakfast restaurant staff, including rosie, esmee, and priya, provided really good service. holly was an excellent hostess during quiz night.

The standard room was a good size. it was clean. the room included a comfortable bed and a good-sized ensuite. the provided portable radiator ensured a warm environment. This was great for the cold night.

The family room was spacious, and i stayed in the family quadruple. this room had a double bed and a sofa. breakfast was lovely, fresh, and had great variety including pancakes made for you. i really enjoyed the fresh pancakes. A nice touch.

the bar staff seemed a little miserable, but maybe they were just having a bad day.

the hotel is near many family attractions. legoland, chessington, and lapland uk are within 30 minutes.

I was impressed with the menu and food choices. the children's menu was good, and kids eat free. the steak and chocolate brownie were definitely my favorites and my family enjoyed it too. Great!

the hotel is large with spacious rooms and comfy beds. family adjoining bedrooms were available, and were great for us. the hotel offers free parking, this is very usefull when travelling by car and its really appreciated.

The location was pretty good for the motor show. It was only a five minute walk from the exhibit.

The wedding caused many problems. Kids ran up and down the corridors all day. The wedding group took over the bar and outside areas. It was impossible to get a drink, which I wanted after a long day.
