inadequate heatingimpersonal check-in

the room i received was not ideal. heating barely functioned, leaving the room uncomfortably cold. the windows did not close properly. this made sleeping difficult. i also found the automated check-in impersonal.

the room was spacious with all amenities i needed.

The toilet was blocked when i arrived after a long journey. i had to wait to see if i even had a room for the night. also, at breakfast, i couldn't pick up my own cereals. The ordering process seemed slow and confused.

The room was stylish. I overslept because the bed was so comfy. A meal in the evening was great. The place was packed and had a great atmosphere. I will recommend this hotel to friends.

I find the breakfast choice a bit limited. A wider selection would be better.
