The room was very clean and tidy! it had good size plus a sofa so i could relax. the dining area is clean and organised. I was greeted with a smile every time. i felt the staff were friendly plus helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

I noticed a bit of noise in room from the corridor. It was a little disruptive though not a major issue.

The room was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly . I appreciated the easy location that perfectly suited my needs. I also enjoyed the bar area!!!

I noticed some street noise due to lorries heading to and from the port 24/7. This noise was quite noticeable, particularly during the night. Better soundproofing may be needed!!!
